This evaluation consists of the following:

• A physical exam.
• Body composition evaluation via bio impedance.
• Heart rate variability study.
• Completion of several questionnaires, which include a 7-day diet and activity survey and sleep quality and amount report, Bach Flower questionnaire.
• Zinc tally taste test to screen for zinc status.
• Blood pressure and oxygen saturation.
• Blood typing.
• Routine blood work is requested and, if necessary, other evaluations such as parasite testing, allergy testing and/or organic acid testing, etc.
